My “schtick” is P.S. I’m from the Midwest, which is that I identify with, love, and travel often to my hometown in Minnesota (I can also be found in Nebraska or Wisconsin from time-to-time). However, I’ve now spent the last nine years living in Brooklyn and have completely drunk the Brooklyn Kool Aid and loovveeee it here. Why?
You can walk to anything you could possibly need or want, and if you’l don’t feel like walking you can take the Subway or a $6.48 Uber Pool. The restaurants range from sexy-chic to kid-friendly. Every time I’m at the coffee shop around the corner I see at least two people I know.
I could go on. This is really just a short PSA about my love for the city I live in, and if I can persuade anyone thinking of moving here (please email me, we can be friends) to join the Brooklyn cult.
The Kool Aid tastes great.
