My best friend from Minnesota, Kristy, and I were born one week apart, and this year we both turned thirty (!). We picked a day between our birthdays to have a girls only dinner to celebrate. Although Kristy’s got to celebrate with wine and I had an extra helping of truffle mac’n’cheese, I still loved getting dressed up and supporting my girlfriends decision to ‘have another glass’.
