I love French cheese, French wine, croissants, crème brulee,
all things that have to do with eating/drinking Parisian style including the
entire French bistro setup. A teensy table with two semi-squeaky colorful
wicker chairs just screams cappuccino on the sidewalks of Montmarte as much as any glass (or bottle) of Beaujolais
I’ve ever had. Lately I’ve been seeing the bistro chair style in places other
than my Parisian-themed dreams. Bringing the bistro (and Paris) into one’s
kitchen or dining nook is ever-so-clever and if you ask me if I would like to
bring the trend right up to my own kitchen counter? I’d say “oui oui!” and then
reach for another pain au chocolat.
