Styling an Insane Sweater

The dictionary definition of the word ‘neutral’ is having no strongly marked or positive characteristics or features. My Club Monaco grey cashmere sweater tee strongly disagrees as does my J. Crew white cotton a-line skirt, both of which have been wardrobe staples of mine for years and definitely have “positive characteristics”. I could also argue for my blush-colored well-loved sweatpants but lets stick with the classy stuff.
As easy, Instagram-friendly, and comfortable as it may be to grab for a cream-colors cards and grey-t-shirt, sometimes a girl just wants to wear an insane sweater with huge bright pink and orange stripes with a bell sleeve. Here’s how I style my newest non-neutral sweater that I love and can probably only pull off wearing once a month: with white shoes (and white feet apparently), my leopard-as-a-neutral jacket, slightly destroyed ankle jeans + my #1 classy lady bag.
