Trip to Blue Hill at Stone Barns

Dress // Forever 21, Shoes // old, similar here, Sunglasses // Karen Walker, Jean Jacket // Gap, another here, Wrap // Solly Baby
Our #ultimatefall continued last week as we took an hour and a half trip up to Tarrytown, NY to visit the Blue Hill cafe at Stone Barns. We ate at the cafe (there’s a world-class restaurant there also, but a trip to the cafe felt like the better option as we had two babies in tow), and took a tour of the farm all on the prettiest fall day!
What’s funny is taking a tour to look at chickens and “heritage” turkeys (that nest in trees?!) that would be really fun for, oh say, a three year-old. The babes with us were totally out almost the entire time so we had adult farm-fun…which is still fun.
This was the perfect time of year especially as Tarrytown is right next door to Sleepy Hollow, NY, home of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (I was an English major so I geeked out a bit).
The trip made us all really excited for Halloween and can’t wait to use our baby to get Kit-Kats for ourselves!
